Permitted use
You may browse the public pages for lawful informational purposes. You may not attack, overload, scrape, bypass access controls, reproduce protected assets without permission, or use the website to violate another party's rights.
Third-party LLM services
When you enable AI Research, you instruct the locally running OryxQuant application to send research objectives, settings, candidate information, and strategy code directly to the LLM provider you selected. That provider is an independent third-party service governed by its own terms and data practices. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for selecting provider terms, retention controls, and security appropriate to its sensitivity. Do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary information unless those arrangements meet your requirements. OryxQuant does not guarantee an LLM provider's confidentiality, availability, output, training practices, or retention period.
Research and financial risk
OryxQuant is research software, not investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a guarantee of performance. Backtests and generated strategies can be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You are responsible for independent review and every trading decision.
Availability and changes
Showcase content may change and may experience interruption. We may restrict access when needed to protect infrastructure or legal compliance. These terms may be updated prospectively by publishing a revised effective date.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the showcase is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular objective, or investment outcome. Mandatory rights are not excluded.
